Tell me honestly, are you into blogging because of the money or for the love of blogging.

I’ve been told by my peers and what I always suggest to others – follow your heart and do what you love to do.

Life is eventually all about being happy, and you are happiest when you enjoy the work you do.

You get utmost satisfaction when you get what you want by doing what you want – that is the ultimate life, isn’t it?

This is what I want for you.

At the ABC (Aha!NOW Blog Community), our prime focus is on you. Every day that passes, Harleena and I keep discussing on how we can give the best to our blog community.

Nobody asked us for more, but the love and support that you have given us, makes us want to do more and more to make you happy.

Today’s GEMS post announces a couple of new plans on the ABC in this direction.

Every Member Gets To Guest Post on Aha!NOW

Yes, you read it right!

You can guest post on Aha!NOW without the need to top the leaderboard.

In fact, we might even do away with the leaderboard, because you are precious to us, even if you don’t top the leaderboard.

We have been thinking of doing something like this, but then every idea has its time.

So, how does this workout?

Cooperation, barter trade, give and take – whatever you call it.

We are no saints, but we are no crooks either. We really don’t understand business that much, the way we understand people.

We know you are a gem, and you are precious. You deserve more than what you are getting.

Therefore, for starters, we are offering you a guest post opportunity for a fixed amount of community activity points.

All you need to do is earn 3000 AhaPoints within a period of three months, and you get to guest post* on Aha!NOW!

It is really this easy and possible. 🙂

As per the new reward system on the ABC, you can earn 100 AhaPoints in a day, without spending the entire day performing the community activities.

You can get started today! I am sure you can earn the required points in less than the stipulated period.

And when you do so, there is MORE you can get!

You can even avail the guest post opportunity by paying for it. You may also pay partially by points and cash as well. Contact us for details.

Become a Community Group Manager

All Aha!NOW guest post authors can adopt the already existing community groups or create their own groups and become group admins*.

That is really a fun job to do if you like it. So, you’ll be made a group manager/admin only if you love interacting with people and managing a kind of mini social hub.

After bagging the guest post, you need to earn 1000 more AhaPoints to be eligible to be a group admin.

Presently we have a few groups managed well by community members who have guest authored on Aha!NOW. These awesome Ahaians are:

Rohan Chaubey

Rohan Chaubey blogs from India, at RohanChaubey.Blogspot.In. and manages the group “Tech Tricks”. Photo of Ahaian Rohan Chaubey

Rohan is excellent in dealing with members, moderating his group activities, and helping all the members of the community.

If you have any tech related problem or query, this is the man for you. Well, a little man, if Rohan doesn’t mind my calling him that because he is just 17 years old!

I really wouldn’t mind if he takes over the entire ABC as the site admin in the future. 😉

Ikechi Awazie

Ikechi is from Nigeria. He blogs at AwazieIkechi.com and manages the group “Be An Inspiration”. Photo of Aha now blog community member Ikechi Awazie

Ikechi is a gentleman in the real sense, and a great man with a big heart!

He can inspire just anybody, help you solve your problems and suggest you ways to make your life easy, and make the world a better place.

I admire Ikechi for his wise suggestions and innovative ideas to improve and make the ABC better. He is the apt man to take care of Aha!NOW. 🙂

We are lucky to have these wonderful people in the ABC as members and admins. They and all future moderators and admins of Aha!NOW deserve better – they should get MORE!

Earn as You Engage and Interact on the ABC

After earning 1000 points as a group admin, you start getting paid for your community activities!

That is right – for every point that you earn on the ABC, you get paid in cash.

There are no hidden strings or secret clauses anywhere. Your hard earned money through fun ways would be sent to you by PayPal once it reaches its payable limit.

Now, this is what I call the empowerment of a community.

We have carried forward and partly implemented our ETC (Empowering the Community) plan as mentioned in the previous GEMS post.

Harleena and I wish we can pay each and every member of the community for their engagements, discussions, and interactions. And we might just start off with it in the near future!

It all depends on the revenue we earn from Aha!NOW and the ABC through the funds contributed by the sponsors.

We are in negotiation with a few sponsors. So, if you too wish to be a sponsor and leverage this golden opportunity and benefit from our generous returns – contact us and ask for our proposal.

Honestly, we feel happy as well as indebted by the amount of time people spend on the ABC. Since time is money, we want them to have that in the real sense.

Though we are going to start small, but the more active and cooperative you get, the more money we all make, and we prosper together!

It requires a team effort, and we can together make the ABC – a beneficial community. Back to square one, it is all about earning by doing what you love to do.

Well, you earn by interacting with people and helping people.

By sharing information and knowledge, solving problems, spreading love, permeating peace, writing useful content, and by supporting the sponsors, as well as each other in the community.

Is this too good to be true?

Let me know your views.

GEMS of the ABC – March 2015

Last but not the least, and definitely the most important part of this post, is the announcement of the top gems of the ABC. (The leaderboard will not always be displayed from now on, but there will always be toppers!)

February was, in fact, a low activity month because our site suffered from a few server problems. The Siteground people, where Aha!NOW is hosted, were very helpful and we got back on our feet soon.

(If you too want to check them out, we’ve got our affiliate link at the bottom of the footer. We will love if you click on it. 🙂 )

I appreciate and thank all the members for their patience and support. I am glad they are all back and resumed their activities on the ABC.

Toppers of the Aha GEMS Leaderboard

Abrar Mohi Shafee bagged the top position this time. He had done it back in the month of December 2014 too! Photo of Ahaian Abrar Mohi Shafee

That time he won the one-year subscription to Grammarly and this time he gets to guest post on Aha!NOW.

Abrar is from Bangladesh and blogs at BloggingSpell.com. He writes about blogging and casts a spell on the readers!

Runner-up

The runner-up this time is a new face on the ABC.

Yatin Khulbe is from India and has recently started blogging at Buddytation.com. Photo of Ahaian Yatin Khulbe

He blogs about self-development and calls it an untraditional self-improvement blog.

Yatin also gets the opportunity to guest post on Aha!NOW.

OLD is GOLD Gems

The other three gems have been mentioned in earlier GEMS posts and are with the ABC for a long time. They are:

Mi Muba from Pakistan – He blogs at BeAMoneyBlogger.com.

Vernon Layne from United States – He blogs at StartsAndEndsWithYou.com.

Sasidhar Kareti from India – He blogs at AmfasTech.com.

Vernon was the leaderboard topper in the previous month. He received the one-year free subscription to the premium Icegram Super Bundle.

He could not guest post this month because he had some family problems, and being understanding, we carried forward his guest post to the near future, whenever he is ready.

I thank you for your activities on the ABC, and there are more nice people to thank to.

  8. Hello!
I am new to the Aha!Now community. This is a wonderful, generous opportunity that you have provided to your readers and supporters. I’m looking forward to learning more, sharing more with my community and being an engaged member.

  9. Thank you Harleena and Vinay for putting so much thought and love into the community!

The way you think makes the community even more precious. What a great and generous idea to give all of us, who love the community but cannot be very active, the chance to be rewarded and appreciated.

I am honestly quite excited but also a little curious how the new system will work. But I am also 100% confident that you have thought of everything and have figured it all out already.

All the best to you, Ilka 🙂

  10. Hi Vinay,

Great surprise by aha now, now the members have a great opportunity to guest post. Congrats to Rohan for this reward. God bless you bro 🙂

  11. Hi Vinay sir,
This was a most awaited post. I am glad to see the toppers top. Congrtaz @abrar and @yatin for being so engaging this whole month. I am happy that Mi sir, Vernon sir and @sasikareti for being always a true Ahaian.
I had been offline for some reasons so could not come to read this post but I had read it on mobile as I always do and was full of gratitude for linking back to my blog post. I literally did not remember mentioning Aha!NOW on my post and had to go see back if i did.
Not because anything but because Aha!NOW is becoming so obvious deserving to be mentioned whenever we talk about comments and communities, help and motivation and friends and guides.:)

    1. thanks @swadhin for the mention. Ya you are right that the ABC community deserves to be mentioned because of creating a lovely atmosphere.

    2. Thank you @swadhin bro for mentioning me a true Ahaian. I missed ABC all this week a lot. For the question “What could have made me miss it so badly?” answers the “help and motivation and friends and guides” line of yours.

Have a nice weekend bro 🙂

  12. Happy to know that many other bloggers will be now guest posting on Aha-now. Also good to see that many people comment regularly at this blog. I’m also trying to be active over here.

The most amazing thing that is inspiring me too is seeing you writing very professionally as well as working hard like Harleena. I’m expecting you to publish some very informative posts at Aha-now soon.

Aha-now makes me understand the importance of patience. With time, Aha-now has become a famous community and bloggers come here to gain knowledge as well as to connect with other bloggers.

    1. Hi Mohit,

Yes, we will have more people guest posting on Aha!NOW. In fact, we might even make it free for all in the near future.

The ABC members are very caring and supporting and all reciprocate by commenting on each others blogs. I’m sure you too will benefit when you are active in the community.

We two, Harleena and myself work together and edit and review each others posts, so we both benefit that way. 😉

You’re right that patience and persistence is required to be successful. We have more plans for Aha!NOW and the ABC and we want to achieve success together with all Ahaians, so you need to decide if you’re in for that! 🙂

      Thanks for your comment.

  13. Hello, Harleena and Vinay,

Congrats to Rohan, Ikecki, and Abrar! Well done, guys! Very happy for you.

How very kind of you both to open up the guest posts for everyone – generous indeed!

We definitely are growing together, and I’m thankful to be a part when I’m not spending time in my own MasterMind membership.

Hope you have a lovely day,
    ˜Carol

    1. Hi Carol,

Glad you like the idea of opening up the guest posts. Of course, the members have to work on it to get it, but may be in the near future, we might really make it open for all!

Thanks for your kind words and we really wish to give more to the community. We want more ideas and suggestions and you’re most welcome to contribute yours in the feedback section of the ABC.

It’s good news of all member of ABC that they can guest post at Aha Now. Furthermore even the group admins can earn just interacting and engaging here.
It will motivate a lot to others to join ABC.
Keep rocking. Thanks a lot for the superb opportunity for all of us.

  15. Hi Vinay and Harleena,

I’ve got to post here a while back (May 2013), and that was an honor to do so.

I wasn’t able to register when I tried and I left 2 comments about it this issue, plus sent a message, but never got to see if you guys replied or not.

Anyway, don’t know why when I put my email it was saying that my email already existed. Can you help?

Congratulations to all the guests and future guests on AhaNow!

    1. Hi Sylviane,

We too were honored that you guest posted on Aha!NOW.

Regarding registration, you are already a registered member of Aha!NOW since the time you guest authored here. In fact, we sent you a couple of mails with your username and password, but received no acknowledgment from you. So, it is possible that those mails landed in your spam folder.

No worries, I’ve deleted your old account with us so you can now re-register yourself. Registration is damn simple and I’m sure you’ll not have any problems with it.

However, you can always reach out to us and we’ll be there to help you. Thanks.

  16. Hi Vinay

Very motivational post to get big push for doing more and keep moving ahead.
You are right that doing what we love to do is the first and foremost requirement to achieve big success; else we have a success just to get us continue our living.

That is why in this world there are two types of people; one is a little successful and other one is successful who we want to follow and they are our inspiration.

No doubt there is a smaller lot of flop people as well by they are always in transition; a few of them become a little successful later on and a few others quite successful. So this process of struggle continues making various brands of successful people.

Today I was participating in a debate to define who are successful in real terms. Out of total 100 people present there not one was claiming himself a successful person.

So I took five of them randomly as sample and after discussing each part of their life all of them were termed the most successful people in their life.
So it is our mindset that makes us declare ourselves at what level of success we are right now. So doing whatever we want to do first gives us satisfaction and once we are satisfied with the present moment of our life we can achieve success quite easier than we can do without this feeling.

It means each member has to calculate how much points he already has earned so far and in how much period to get his average gain per week or per month. Then he can redfine his strategy to achieve the target of 3000 points either by making it a little robust or keeping it same if he is already at the required average.

Both the community managers are very active and vibrant in their interaction and never miss a chance to make their presence felt by contributing very positively in a discussion. They are indeed a big lesson for others including me to follow them and be more prominent here in this wonderful community.

Getting paid after achieving the first two milestones is a big incentive and this will be an added advantage apart from myriad of other benefits including rise in networking, building more relationship and getting popularity without any bounds.

So good to see myself just after the toppers and it’s a goad for me to do more and be at higher place as I firmly believe without being active in a community it is waste of time of both mine and of the admins to be there just as an unwelcome guest.

Thanks for sharing the whole account of the performances of the members of ABC – one of the most responsive communities on net.

    1. Hi Mi Muba,

You seem to have poured out all your heart and mind into this comment. This is really rich, the kind of a feedback that enhances the value of a post many times.

Glad to know that this post could inspire you as well. I’ve figured out that the purpose of life is to learn to live. Your way of living has to be enjoyable and should make you happy. You can only be happy, if you follow your heart and soul.

Doing something that you love or like involves passion, which is a great motivating positive force. Once you’re at work with all your passion, and have a vision with “clarity” as Don explains it, you’re going to be successful.

You’re right that the internal struggle goes on, and should always go on. You always need to keep pushing yourself to inch towards success. Yes, we all have different definitions of success, and it depends on our mindset as well as the criteria that we lay down. Success is quite a subjective term, and we’ve discussed it in many posts here on Aha!NOW. Just search for “success” in the top search bar. 🙂

As per our calculation, it is possible to earn 100 points per day, by spending just a few hours in the community. So, accumulating 3000 points is a month’s work. But we have made everything so flexible that even those who can’t afford to spend much time on daily basis, need to just earn 35 points daily to achieve the target in the maximum allotted period. I’ve made the calculations easy for you. 🙂

Yes, Rohan and Ikechi are our supergems. They are just amazing and I wish other members look up to them as their ideals. I like you analysis and yes, this whole exercise in the community will make a blogger efficient in blogging, don’t you think so?

I look forward to interacting with you in the community, apart from the post promotions and seek to learn from your great wisdom.

Thank you for appreciating the ABC and that really matters a lot. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful views.

    2. Thank you Mi sir. Congratulations for being one of the most important GEMS and for being among the Top commentators. 🙂

  17. Hi Vinay,

It’s so good to know that now all ABC members have an equal opportunity to guest post.I remember the day when i first visited Aha,was so upset and looking for a post related to philosophy or something 🙂 and then encountered a post of harleena’s in which she provided a platform to share personal problems .That was the first time i ever commented on any blog and It was a wonderful experience i must say .Since then each time i log in to aha,i get smile on my face. All the members are so warm. It’s good to interact with like minded people here. Thanks for your kind mention and congratulations to all the fellow ahaians. You and harleena are doing a great job.Keep up the good work you are doing 🙂

    1. Hi Nikshep,

Your feedback is valuable. I’m glad you appreciate the recent changes and moves on the ABC.

It’s a push and pull mechanism – the community pushes the blog up, the the blog pulls the members up. 🙂 That’s how we grow together.

Thank you for your kind wishes and words. Success to you too!

  19. Hi Vinay sir,

Diversity is the USP of Aha!NOW, and I hope you’ll agree. We plan to make it more diverse and better.

The latest changes are all about giving back, in however way it is possible for us to do that.

  25. Hi Vinay

Glad to read about all the excitement, and the fun here at AhaNOW and the ABC community. As always glad to celebrate the ones who topped the leaderboard and are given the title of GEMS. It’s a great way to give back to your readers. Now you have added even more excitement and more creative ways and opportunities for persons to guest post on your website.

That is a dream many will have come true once the criteria is met.

Congratulations to you and madam Harleena and all the winners.

    1. Hi Yvonne,

I’m happy to know that you still follow the happenings of Aha!NOW. We all miss you and wish you too were a part of this new change on the ABC.

The leaderboard is going and may not be displayed on daily basis, but the gems will forever be gems. 🙂

I’m glad you like the new changes, and we hope things to work as we planned. We haven’t set up difficult criteria, so we know there will be many dreams come true!

Thank you for your kind words and wishes.

  26. Hi Vinay

This is absolutely awesome and this why I am a proud Ahaian. This is why I love ABC. Thank you Vinay and Harleena for such wonderful offers as this will most certainly help bloggers who are just learning the ropes. ABC is a forum with a difference.

I love the idea of opening up guest posts for every member this will be platform that will help in blogging exposure. Now when I said ABC was the next big Social Network in blog, I was never wrong.

Wow! paying for community activities is a good idea. So be ready and let your hosting company know that there is going to be an explosion of traffic :). I know a lot of members will be excited.

Thank you and Vinay good job as I am glad to have known you as you have innovative ideas. Thanks for sharing and I am humbled by the mention as well as the kind words.

    1. Hi Ikechi,

Thanks so much for all the appreciation and the kind words. Thanks for expressing your views, and it’s good to know that you feel the difference.

We do want all community members to benefit as much as they can from the community in every way. We are ready to provide whatever we can. You do raise the bar for us, and hopefully we will be able to meet up the expectations.

Ha ha, no we’re not expecting any kind of explosion. We feel it’s good to try out and rehearse with our small community before we go out in the open to play the real match!

Thanks for inspiring me and sharing your innovative ideas too to help improve the ABC.

      Have a great weekend ahead!

  27. Hi Vinay,

Aha! A pleasant surprise. I didn’t except that I could make it up to the top due to a very busy month. But the luck favored 🙂 and the graceful support of this community strengthened me.

A big congratulation to @yatin for getting himself placed on the second position. I can see how engaging he was in the past month. He is a well-deserved winner and so are the other commenting gems.

Thank you a lot Vinay for heading up this new month with a lovely news! I think, Aha!Now knows is it how to keep Ahians happy as always. 🙂

    1. Hi Abrar,

Congratulations, luck or not, a winner is a winner. 🙂

In fact, as you point out, everybody is a winner at the ABC. Yatin is surely a great new welcome addition to the community.

You should be a double happy man as you’ve topped the leaderboard twice! 🙂 Glad you like the latest news and hope to receive your love and support ahead too.

      Do have a great weekend.

  28. Hi Vinay,

Wow, this really is a treat for members! I think it’s great of you to offer every member a chance to guest post and admin a Community Group. That’s a great way to gain some exposure.

I know you’ll have folks signing up left and right especially when they have a chance to earn as they engage in the community. You have my attention, that’s for sure :).

I think what you and Harleena are doing for your community is great. Keep up the good work and best of luck!

And how great of you to recognize your top commenters…thaks for the shout out 🙂

    Cori

    1. Hi Corina,

Glad you like the offers and find them tempting for yourself. 🙂

It’s always good to provide what is in demand. Our proposal is a very fair give and take win-win compromise. And of course, we want the community members to leverage the best and most from the community.

Ah, I’m not really expecting registrations in soaring numbers. We haven’t really promoted ourselves yet in the market. We want to make the community full and complete before we hit the road. Till then, the only publicity we use is the GEMS post and the kind ABC recommendations of our community members in their blog posts.

In terms of earning from the community, initially its going to be petty, so there shouldn’t be high expectations. 🙂 However, gradually, we expect growth, and we’ll always have special considerations for the ones who supported us in our initial phase.

Thanks for your appreciating and kind words, and the love and support.

  29. Hi Vinay,

Wow! It feels like it was only yesterday when you published the Gems post for the month of February….Time just flies when you are involved in this lively, engaging and a very generous community.

The idea of community empowerment and enabling the members to earn through community engagements is excellent. Also, it is great that everyone gets the opportunity to write a guest post. Hats off to you – Vinay and Harleena for coming up with such an amazing concept. I quite like the new layout of the Forum as well, looks very organized as per different categories.

Let us all give ourselves a pat on the back for all the quality interaction and relationships that we built in the past month here on ABC. Everyone is a GEM in Aha!NOW and congratulations to everyone for a wonderful month.

Let’s keep the momentum going and help each other with the same energy and enthusiasm.

Thank you Vinay for the kind mention and sharing my blog post as well. Have a great week ahead 🙂

    1. Hi Arpit,

It’s good to know that you are having a great time at the ABC, and also that you like the ETC idea.

We realized that some members were disheartened to not be able to top the leaderboard, so we also included the runner up to be eligible to guest post. Still, not every one can spend so much time on the ABC to even feature in the leaderboard. So, this was the only win-win option.

Glad you like the new place for the post promotions as well. With this change, all discussions will now take place in the community groups and group forums.

Of course, the growth of the ABC is because of you and all its members. Therefore, you deserve a share of the profits. That’s very fair, isn’t it?

Thanks for your interactions and engagements, and I hope to see more from you at the ABC. Thanks for your love and support. You too have a great weekend!
