I was hoping for ingredients. Why do you need to “sip” the muscle-building preworkout? Assuming that they contain BCAAs and the idea is to prevent catabolism during the workout. I’ve found EAAs to be better in terms of energy, anabolism, and overall health than BCAAs.
Other ingredients I like for the PW shake: creatine (one of the most studied performance enhancer), citrulline malate, beta-alanine, and cordyceps.
